Free candidate preregistration · South Korea

Teach in Korea—with the job details in writing before you decide.

Create a free preregistration profile. If an education institution confirms a role that fits your timing and preferences, Grace will send you the written job details before arranging an interview.

Founding stage: there may not be a matching opening when you register. Registration is not a job offer, interview promise, legal service, or visa guarantee. Candidates do not pay a placement fee.

Every opportunity needs a complete job brief.

We do not ask candidates to interview from a vague headline. The academy should confirm the practical terms below first.

01

Work

  • Salary and pay date
  • Working and teaching hours
  • Student ages and class size
  • Preparation and non-teaching duties
02

Life

  • Exact location and commute
  • Housing or allowance
  • Airfare and arrival support
  • Insurance, pension, severance, deductions
03

Timing

  • Contract length and start date
  • Vacation and public holidays
  • Interview decision timeline
  • Visa-document contact person

Check the usual baseline—not a promise of eligibility.

The items below are common starting points for academy-sponsored English-instructor cases. Requirements can vary by nationality, education history, employer, location, and consulate.

Citizenship
Common academy-sponsored English-instructor route: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. Nationality alone does not confirm eligibility.
Education
Completed bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; additional education-history checks may apply
Background check
National-level criminal record check prepared in the form required for your country and case
Authentication
Degree and criminal-record documents apostilled or officially authenticated as applicable
Sponsor
Written employment contract with an eligible Korean institution before the visa stage
Final check
The sponsoring institution, Korea Immigration, and the responsible Korean mission confirm the case-specific list

Do not pay for documents based only on this page. Recheck the Korea Visa Portal, HiKorea, and your Korean embassy or consulate after a sponsoring academy and exact route are confirmed.

Six checkpoints, with no hidden leap.

  1. 01
    Low-risk profile

Share contact details, nationality, degree, availability, experience, and region preferences. A short introduction video is optional at this stage.

  2. 02
    Fit review

Grace checks completeness and asks follow-up questions. No passport, criminal record, or original degree is requested.

  3. 03
    Written job brief

Review the confirmed location, schedule, students, salary, housing, benefits, deductions, and start date before interviewing.

  4. 04
    Academy interview

Meet the employer, ask questions, and decide whether the opportunity fits. Either side may decline.

  5. 05
    Contract and official checklist

Only after a written offer should the school and qualified professionals confirm the case-specific E-2 document process.

  6. 06
    Agreed arrival support

Airport pickup, mobile setup, and settling-in help are provided only when written into the agreed support plan.

Know what this service is—and is not.

Do candidates pay a placement fee?

No. Creating a profile and receiving placement coordination are free for teacher candidates. Never pay anyone for a guaranteed job or visa.

Do I need apostilled documents before I apply?

No. You may create a profile before paid documents are ready. Wait until a real sponsoring institution and official checklist are confirmed before spending money.

Where are roles available?

Education-institution hiring inquiries are accepted nationwide. This page is not a live job board; an exact role is shared only after the institution confirms its location, schedule, salary, housing, benefits, and start date.

Will my profile be sent to schools automatically?

No. Preregistration does not make your profile public. Grace will contact you before sharing relevant profile information with a specific institution.

Does registration guarantee an interview?

No. Registration adds your information to the candidate pool. Interviews depend on fit, timing, school interest, and a confirmed opening.

What happens to sensitive documents?

Do not upload them here. If a role moves forward, the school and qualified official process should explain what is required, who receives it, and why.

Start with the basics—not sensitive documents.

Complete the short profile below. Grace will review it and contact you only if information is missing or there is a possible next step.

Do not uploadPassports, criminal-record checks, degrees, bank information, or original documents.
